También conocida como "perrito", esta posición es apasionada y salvaje. Ambos en cuatro patas, concentra una cantidad de ventajas que pocas posturas tienen: la comodidad del hombre para tocar el clítoris o el ano de su compañera, la variedad de movimientos que permite, la posibilidad de que la mujer tome con una mano los testículos del hombre y la facilidad para intercalar sexo anal y vaginal.
